COVID-19 Update: How we plan to keep you and your clothes safe

The health & wellness of our customers and employees is always our top priority.

While we have taken multiple precautions, there is no getting around the fact that the province is going into a deeper state of quarantine, with some areas such as New Brunswick shutting down their borders to outside Canadian residents.

While we are not sure if operation will continue once the list of essential services are released tomorrow, we will offer cleaning services until that time. If you’d like to use our service today, you can use the code CLEANLAUNDRY for 25% off.

Should cleaning services be on the essential service list, we will continue operating throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, to ensure Canadians without access to laundry can have safe access to cleaning facilities without having to step outside of their home.

Rest assured that we are taking all the necessary precautions and closely monitoring the (COVID-19) situation.

We have trained our staff comprehensively and prepared for this scenario.

We are currently taking proactive, preventative measures to protect against the exposure to the virus both for our employees and you.


What We're Doing Additionally:

  • Increasing deep cleans for all our vehicles both before and after every shift
  • Adding additional cleaning and sanitizing products to all vehicles to ensure our staff can sanitize their hands and our delivery bags for every single delivery. All bags will be sprayed with rubbing alcohol before placed in our vehicles.
  • Increased disinfectants on surfaces and all areas in our cleaning HQ.
  • All our machines are disinfected after each individual's wash and dry.
  • Organizing daily meetings between employees where best hygiene practices are reviewed.
  • Our staff will be wearing new gloves while sorting, itemizing and folding your clothes. Hands will be sanitised while changing gloves for each customer.
  • Intensively monitoring all employees for signs of illness. No employee will be allowed to work with any signs of illness including cold, flu, or Covid-19.

What can you do?

  • Restrict personal contact with others.
  • Ensure you have disinfected your hands when passing your clothing onto a driver or leave all bags outside your door for our Quickster to collect
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water and sanitize them
  • Avoid touching your nose, mouth, and eyes
  • If you are not feeling well, stay at home, follow public health protocol, and do not place a delivery order.

We continue to monitor this situation very closely and should further directives be issued; we will take appropriate action.
